Versamount Roll Panel sheets are
specially prepared for direct print before they are supplied. This is
achieved by Corona treating both surfaces during the extrusion process.
The sheets are tested to a minimum dyne level of 48 dynes/cm and this
treatment is effective for one year. being of plastics origin, FOS sheets
are suitable for outdoor use.

Versamount Roll Panels can also be supplied with high-tack white PVC mounting tape fitted. This surface provides a sound base for high quality direct printing, using either screen or flatbed digital printing, or for the mounting of pre-printed graphics. Prints can be mounted on Roll Panels using the same method as for any solid foamboard. However, it is important to use minimal roller pressure settings when mounting to avoid crushing the panel.
